GPUs cause yafu to not run

Yafu tasks site idle, because they say they need all the CPU threads. I think this was brought up here in the past, and maybe on the mail lists too. Was a solution ever found? And that is working correctly. The problem is that the MT task does not know to use "total threads minus GPU allocations". It wants all the threads. So it just sits there eternally waiting to run.
