hello!

how does checkpointing work in YAFU ? I have one task C100 that is running for 11 hours already (wall time) and it shows CPU time 1:40:55 and CPU last checkpoint time is the same.

I've looked into Task Manager - it shows yafu process indeed took 1:40:55, and there are gnfs-lasieve processes (two on a doublecore machine) that are on 17 and 52 minutes currently ......

Can i turn off computer or i will lose 9 hours of computation time ?

How often it does really checkpoint ?
