It doesn't throw some errors but it seems strange.
Yufu works well until gnfs starts (about 60%),and it takes some hours after it.
Is this correct works?
I'm worried about that some mistakes obstruct its performance.

Yes, this is totaly correct.
Yafu factors a number. First it tries some different methods to find factors and get the number smaller. If this doesn't lead to a full factorization it runs gnfs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_number_field_sieve).
