I have this WU that has now over 25 hours of computation, it is using CPU and processes are regularly started / stopped on the 4 cores, the logs in slot directory all show that there is growing activity done by the WU (factor.log, out file, etc) however the progress % is 0, there is no remaining time displayed (---) and the deadline is tomorrow morning...

Is it normal ? what should I do ?

Mmmmm... it terminated around midnight, after more than 30 hours of calculation... the 2nd I had in queue then started... and terminated after less than 30mn !!!

What the hell with this project, on the computer I'm trying to run Yafu, Boinc cannot access internet (proxy restrictions), I move WU manually via USB key from my home computer, next contact with Internet will be tonight, so I don't even know if those 2 WUs will be validated (both had deadline this morning 9am)...

You will get credits even if you deliver the wu up to 10 days after the deadline.
Runtimes varies much. A wu might need only minutes while an other one needs many hours.

The first 2 WU any machine receives appear to be test WU's to verify the machine's capability to run YAFU and so they complete within a minute or three. A few WU will end in under 20 minutes and I've seen one WU go for 11 days. The 8T WU can typically run for 3 days depending on the CPU.
