I have 2 of these running at 100% for over 30 minutes (total runtime is now ~1 hr 25min. I don't know if this is typical or if these WUs are hung. Please advise.

The percentage is computed by the Boinc client on some artificial way. Usually they still consume CPU,so let them run.
