Hello, I deployed a new application which runs only on Android. This application just runs some benchmarks and tests and will finish after some minutes. Since this is a very first version of an upcomming yoyo@home production application I would appreciated it if you could attach many different Android devices to get more test results. Kind regards, yoyo |

Hi, in order to get the new application do we have to detach and then reattach? |

well the answer is no. Manually attached this host http://yafu.dyndns.org/yafu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=7497 running nativeBoinc as device has no battery so can't run Boinc. No tasks sent yet though. Let's see how it goes. |

No tasks sent yet though. Let's see how it goes. Set your account to run test apps. I'm running NativeBOINC because the official app is, ahem, sub-optimal. Tasks seem to last a couple of minutes, btw. |

is it available through nativeBoinc ? To my best guess I would say it should also run with NativeBoinc. |

Up to now (despite of 2 workunits without reply) not a single workunit failed. yoyo |

20 units completed so far on nativeBoinc. All completed successfully. Can't run this device with the official boinc app as there is no battery in the device. If Boinc doesn't detect a battery is suspends computation. |

I run it with NativeBoinc on my Odroid-U2 http://yafu.dyndns.org/yafu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=7504 and on my Nvidia Shield http://yafu.dyndns.org/yafu/show_host_detail.php?hostid=7506 without problem. cu JagDoc |

The tests are running very well. Up to now 20 different Android systems delivered results. yoyo |

Hi yoyo, I've attached my minix neo x7 android device to the test application too. It runs nativeBoinc. The first wus (36) were computed successfully. Kind regards Eric |

Thanks for all the tests done so far. At http://wuprop.boinc-af.org/results/arm.py?projet=yafu&application=Test+Benchmark you can see the different devices. The computing failed rate is only 0.075%, which is very good. I think that it will not take long that I stop the benchmark wu generation and deploy the app in yoyo@home. |

That sounds good. This is not needed ;) It will be a Android version of the OGR app. |

Workunit generation is now disabled for the benchmark app. Thanks for all your tests. The app is now deployed in yoyo@home as Android version of the OGR app. There now real ogr stubs are computed. |
